Before you can build out your strategy for dealing with uncertain times, you have to understand where your organization holds strength and may experience vulnerabilities.

The VucaCanvas® is a tool that provides a visualization of these strengths through a game based facilitation, making meaningful connections. The Core of the review is to assess capacities across the organization to navigate VUCA situations when they arise.

The facilitation will explore the six capacities of adaptive, sensitive, resilient, connective, diverse and cooperative. Each will have a robust challenge and be viewed from the lens of your organization to assess capacity for the future. Following the current state visualization, a plan for address areas for development will be created and a further review undertaken at a later point to confirm development has been successful.
